Actually, I published two chapters today based on the feedback from my steadily increasing number of online readers, wishing (nay, demanding) to read more. I appreciate you appreciating my writing! Based on comments from readers not very familiar with Kuala Lumpur, and certainly not with my neighbourhood, I’ll publish a ‘reader’s companion’ to the novel this coming week, containing photos as well as interesting and amusing snippets of local information. None of which is ever mentioned in travel guides, of course. As the novel progresses, with Alex and Kris visiting even more exotic places, I will ransack my sizeable stash of photos and not least my internal memory bank to give you the flavour of each location.
