Get stuffed!

Four days ago I developed an absolute craving for my special stuffed peppers, something I hadn’t had for nearly a year. So many yummy recipes from so many countries, and never enough time to make ’em all on a regular basis…

Today they’re done and I’ll have to wait for another week before they’ve mellowed enough for me to gobble them down. Tiny sweet peppers packed with soft cheese (home made, of course) and cream, lovingly mixed with my secret selection of ten Mediterranean and Middle Eastern herbs and spices.

My only gripe is that they never last more than a day or two!
